Plaintiffs Urge Court to Defer Ruling on Motions to Remand

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Plaintiffs in the silica MDL have asked that the court defer ruling on motions to remand the cases until such time that pretrial and discovery matters have been concluded and the cases are ready to be sent back to either federal or state court for trial.
