Defendants Move to Immediately Vacate Records Preservation Order

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Defendants in the silica MDL have moved to vacate a preservation of records order entered by the court last month, arguing that it failed to meet notice requirements, and amounts to a permanent injunction that is so overly broad it would be nearly impossible to comply with.
