CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Defendants have asked the judge overseeing the silica products liability MDL to hold plaintiffs' motions to remand in abeyance until the court has decided how it wants to globally address the question of whether it has jurisdiction over the cases. In Re: Silica Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1553 (S.D. Texas).
