CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Defendant 3M Co. has filed a motion in the federal silica MDL, asking the court to appoint a panel of independent medical advisors to assist in creating an inactive docket for claimants who allege injury as a result of silica exposure, but who are not yet impaired.
