New Silica Complaints Filed in New Jersey; More Expected in Near Future

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. - Eight more complaints alleging injury caused by exposure to silica have been filed in New Jersey state court, sources tell HarrisMartin Publishing.
The complaints were all filed in Middlesex County Superior Court over the past four months by the law firm of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer in Woodbridge, N.J., according to sources. They include allegations against various defendants as a result of exposure to silica at sites throughout New Jersey and bring the total number of silicosis cases pending in Middlesex County to 13.
