Defendants Urge Court to Deny Motion for Protective Order Related to N&M Screenings




CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Defendants in the silica products liability MDL have filed a response challenging efforts by plaintiffs' counsel and a company that screened more than two-thirds of the plaintiffs in the proceedings to prevent the screening records from being disclosed.
