Paint Company Recently Joined to Multi-Plaintiff Silica Suits Moves for Dismissal

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - A paint company named in silica litigation has moved to dismiss two cases now pending in the MDL, arguing that the thousands of plaintiffs who brought the claims were too late in joining the defendant to the litigation.
