OAKLAND -- California welding rod plaintiffs who filed a lawsuit in the Los Angeles County Superior Court have moved to join the coordinated proceedings in Alameda County Superior Court, claiming that the recently filed lawsuit contains the same allegations and names the same defendants as those cases pending in the coordinated docket. In re: Welding Product Cases, No. JCCP No. 4368 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
