MDL Judge: Show Me Why Non-Mississippi Claimants Should Be Dismissed from Cases

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Parties in the federal MDL will have 60 days from a recent order entered by the judge overseeing the proceedings to show why claims filed in Mississippi by non-Mississippi residents should or shouldn't be dismissed.
