BEAUMONT, Texas - A Texas state court judge has granted a motion to strike defense experts in a silica case after the plaintiff argued that the defendants failed to produce the witnesses for deposition prior to trial. Hebert v. American Optical Corp., et al., No. B-169788 (Texas Dist. Ct., Jefferson Cty., 60th Dist.).
