Texas Judge Strikes Defendant's Witnesses for Failure to Produce Them for Deposition

BEAUMONT, Texas - A Texas state court judge has granted a motion to strike defense experts in a silica case after the plaintiff argued that the defendants failed to produce the witnesses for deposition prior to trial.
