ST. LOUIS - A Missouri man who claimed he was exposed to silica while working as a laborer at various locations throughout the state beginning in the mid-1980s has sued nearly four dozen defendants claiming they are jointly and severally liable for causing his injuries. Schulte v. American Optical Corp., et al., No. 032-1043 (Mo. Cir. Ct., St. Louis Cty.).
