TEXARKANA, Texas - A former ceramics worker who defendants argued was aware that he suffered from silica-related injury more than two years before suing them presented more than a scintilla of evidence that doctors failed to previously diagnose him with work-related silicosis, a Texas appeals court has ruled. Youngblood v. U.S. Silica, et al., No. 06-03-00020 (Texas Ct. App., Sixth Dist.).
