Dissolved Blasting Products Maker Says Silica Claims are Barred

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - A dissolved Florida corporation named by plaintiffs in several Mississippi silica cases has filed a motion for summary judgment in the MDL proceedings, claiming that the claims against it died when the corporation dissolved.
