CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - The judge overseeing the federal Silica Products Liability MDL has signed an order setting the organizational structure for defense counsel. In Re: Silica Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1553 (S.D. Texas).
According to the order, which Judge Janis Graham Jack entered Dec. 12 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Darrell L. Barger of Hartline, Dacus, Barger, Dreyer & Kern in Corpus Christi, Texas, will serve as Liaison Counsel for the defendants.
