Plaintiffs File Proposed Organizational Order in Silica MDL

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Plaintiffs have filed a proposed order in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas that lays the ground work for the executive committee and liaison counsel of the Silica Products liability MDL. In Re: Silica Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1553 (S.D. Texas).

The proposed order, which was filed Nov. 12, identifies the names of those who have been nominated to serve on the MDL plaintiffs' committees and explains in some detail what role each group will play in the organizational structure of the silica docket.
