Court Grants Majority of Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel Defense Responses in Ohio Silica Litigation

CLEVELAND - Judges overseeing the Ohio silica litigation have ruled on a plaintiffs' motion to compel answers consolidated discovery requests in the wake of defense allegations that they were designed primarily to obtain information to fuel litigation in other jurisdictions. Couts, et al. v. American Optical Corp., et al., No. 466469 (Ohio Comm. Pls., Cuyahoga Cty.).
