ST. LOUIS - Five Missouri plaintiffs who claim they suffer a variety of illnesses as a result of their exposure to silica have sued nearly a dozen defendants alleging they failed to sufficiently warn users of dangers associated with their products. Covey, et al. v. Union Pacific Railroad Company, et al., No. 032-10470 (Mo. Cir. Ct., St. Louis Cty.).
