MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — A sales representative for a 3M product distributor has sued 3M for what he claims was accidental exposure to peroxide concentrate that escaped from a faulty container and contaminated his car. Withrow, et ux. v. 3M Co., No. 12-cv-61 (N.D. W.Va.).
The June 6 lawsuit by Jeffrey S. Withrow also includes damage claims on behalf of his wife, Tina.
