JACKSON, Miss. - Silica defendant 3M Co. has fired back at an attempt by plaintiffs to force disclosure of financial contributions the company and its counsel have made to Mississippi Supreme Court justices who are slated to hear an appeal the company filed recently. 3M Company, et al. v. Charles H. Green, et al., No. 2003-M-00476 (Miss. Sup. Ct.).
