CAMDEN, N.J. - A federal court silica action transferred recently from Texas to Virginia has also now been filed in state court in New Jersey. Roman v. Carbon Enterprises, Inc., et al., No. L-3925-03 (N.J. Sup. Ct., Camden Cty.).
According to court documents filed July 11 in Camden County Superior Court, Daniel S. Roman has filed a complaint against several silica product suppliers and premise owners, alleging that he developed silicosis as a result of exposure to silica dust.
