HOUSTON - Plaintiffs in a Texas silica case have moved to compel production of documents related to 3M's 8710 and 8500 respirator masks after the defendant allegedly refused to produce them on the ground that they are 'competitively sensitive.' Devantier v. American Optical Corp, et al., No. 2001-58374 (Texas Dist. Ct., Harris Cty.).
