HAZLEHURST, Miss. - A Veterans Affairs Medical Center may be ordered to hand over medical records for a plaintiff in an upcoming Mississippi silica trial after HIPAA-compliant authorizations were produced, but refused by VA officials. Johnson, et al. v. American Optical Corp., et al., No. 2002-30 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Copiah Cty.).
