Veterans Affairs Office May Be Ordered to Produce Silica Plaintiff's Medical Records

HAZLEHURST, Miss. - A Veterans Affairs Medical Center may be ordered to hand over medical records for a plaintiff in an upcoming Mississippi silica trial after HIPAA-compliant authorizations were produced, but refused by VA officials.
