JACKSON, Miss. - Counsel for several plaintiffs in a silica case that has been stayed pending the outcome of an appeal before the Mississippi Supreme Court have moved to dismiss the matter arguing that appellant 3M Company failed to perfect the record following its initial claim that the plaintiffs were incorrectly joined to the suit. 3M Company v. Green, et al., No. 2003-M-00476 (Miss. Sup. Ct.).
