Trial Date, Discovery Schedule Set for Georgia Silica Cases

ATLANTA - A June 2004 trial date has been set for several silica cases pending in Fulton County Superior Court, according to an order entered recently. Price, et al. v. U.S. Surface Preparation Group, Inc., et al., No. 2001CV42258 (Ga. Super. Ct., Fulton Cty.).

In the agreed-to order, Superior Court Judge Elizabeth E. Long said the cases, of which there are currently four pending in the county, will be placed on the court's June 2004 civil trial calendar.
