Silica MDL Oral Argument Set For July 24 in Portland, Maine

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The fate of the proposed silica products liability MDL will be determined before the Judicial Panel for Multidistrict Litigation later this month by a panel of federal judges who will be sitting in Portland, Maine. According to a notice issued June 12 by the JPML, argument over the creation of proposed MDL Docket No. 1553, In Re Silica Products Liability Litigation, will be heard July 27 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine.
