Tyler Pipe Silica Cases Settle Prior to Jury Selection




TYLER, Texas - Rather than face the prospect of interviewing some 2,000 jurors over three days, parties in a Texas case have settled claims filed by more than three dozen former foundry workers who alleged that exposure to silica and asbestos caused them to develop disease.
