Plaintiffs Move to Disqualify Parmalee Counsel for Alleged 'Judge-Shopping'

LAUREL, Miss. - Plaintiffs in a Mississippi silica case have moved to disqualify a defense firm from representing its client, claiming the firm was recently substituted in an attempt to have a particular judge recused from hearing the case. Armstrong, et al. v. Pulmosan Safety Equipment, et al., No. 2002-50-CV9 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Jones Cty.).
