GALVESTON, Texas - An engineer who alleges that he was exposed to silica dust while maintaining hundreds of wastewater treatment plants throughout the United States has moved to remand his products and premises liability claims after the defendants removed them to federal court, citing 'federal enclave' jurisdiction.
