TYLER, Texas - A Texas judge overseeing a state court silica trial has for now denied a motion to have the case transferred to another venue after the plaintiffs claimed that bad press about the facility where they worked places prejudicial emphasis on their former employer, rather than the defendants named in their lawsuit.
