HAMILTON, Ohio - A defendant named in an Ohio silica case slated for trial later this year has moved the court to issue an order requiring medical providers to produce all relevant records pertaining to the plaintiff's alleged injury. Mello v. Nurre Building Material Company, et al., No. CV 2001 08 2007 (Ohio Comm. Pls., Butler Cty.).
