CLEVELAND - A claim for damages resulting from the death of a sandblaster who developed lung cancer after years of occupational exposure to silica is among the allegations made in a lawsuit filed recently in Ohio. Ash, et al. v. Best Sand Corporation, et al., No. n/a (Ohio Comm. Pleas, Cuyahoga Cty.).
