Lung Cancer Wrongful Death Claim Included in Ohio Sandblasters' Complaint

CLEVELAND - A claim for damages resulting from the death of a sandblaster who developed lung cancer after years of occupational exposure to silica is among the allegations made in a lawsuit filed recently in Ohio.
