PORT GIBSON, Miss. - A defendant named in a Mississippi silica claim has moved for summary judgment claiming that plaintiffs in the case could not have been exposed to products made by the company because it only ever did business in Florida and Georgia. Glass, et al. v. Clark Sand Company, et al., No. 2002-093 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Jefferson Cty.).
