Case Management Order Sets Initial Ground Rules for Philly Silica Cases

PHILADELPHIA - A case management order governing general provisions and pleadings in the more than 100 silica products liability cases pending in Philadelphia has been entered by judges overseeing the litigation, which has been designated a 'mass tort' by common pleas court officials there.
