Special Master Recommends Depo Order for Silicosis Screener

HAZELHURST, Miss. - The special master overseeing two state silicosis cases has issued a recommendation to the court asking it to grant a defense motion to depose the X-ray screening company whose reports form the basis of the underlying complaints.
