PORT GIBSON, Miss. - Respirator defendant 3M Co. has filed its designation of expert witnesses in a Mississippi silicosis case that had been slated for trial in May. Meanwhile, plaintiffs in the case, which is currently stayed pending a decision in an appeal before the state Supreme Court, have filed their amended designation. Green, et al. v. Clark Sand Company, et al., No. 2002-0131 (Miss. Cir., Claiborne Cty.).
