TYLER, Texas - Defendant U.S. Silica has fired back at plaintiffs in Smith County, Texas, who claim they are unable to get a fair trial in that venue because of recent poor publicity surrounding the facility where the plaintiffs worked. Acy, et al. v. Dresser Industries, Inc., et al., No. 45881-A (Texas Dist. Ct., Smith Cty. Ct. Law No. 2).
