U.S. Silica Says Verdict, Not Bias, Driving Motion for Venue Change

TYLER, Texas - Defendant U.S. Silica has fired back at plaintiffs in Smith County, Texas, who claim they are unable to get a fair trial in that venue because of recent poor publicity surrounding the facility where the plaintiffs worked.
