Silica Defendant Appeals Community Service Sanctions Following Verdict

TYLER, Texas - A defendant that successfully took a silica personal injury claim to verdict late last year has filed an appeal in the case, claiming that the trial court was wrong to assess pre-trial sanctions against the defendant and one of its attorneys for initially failing to produce product ID documents during discovery.
