HOUSTON - An appeal of a Texas judge's decision to award summary judgment to two companies sued for supplying the product that allegedly caused a once-homeless sandblaster to develop silicosis is on hold while the trial court decides whether the award was proper. Dixon v. E.D. Bullard Company, et al., No. 14-02-00638 (Texas Ct. App., 14th Dist.).
