Appeal of Sand Suppliers' Summary Judgment on Hold While Court Weighs Motion for New Trial

HOUSTON - An appeal of a Texas judge's decision to award summary judgment to two companies sued for supplying the product that allegedly caused a once-homeless sandblaster to develop silicosis is on hold while the trial court decides whether the award was proper.
