Silica Litigation Gets Mass Tort Billing in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA - Silica litigation has been granted mass tort status in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, after nearly 100 cases alleging silicosis as a result of exposure to dust have been filed over the past year.
