TYLER, Texas - Plaintiffs in a Texas silica lawsuit have moved for a change of venue citing recent high-profile news reports about the site where they were allegedly exposed to silica and asbestos dust. Acy, et al. v. Dresser Industries, Inc., et al., No. 45881-A (Texas Dist. Ct., Smith Cty. Ct. Law No. 2).
