Defendant Group Asks High Court for Order Dismissing Mississippi Silica Claims

JACKSON, Miss. - Several silica defendants have filed a petition in Mississippi, asking the state's highest court to throw out all silicosis claims generated as a result of diagnoses made by physicians that the defendants say have been discredited by a recent order issued by the federal MDL court.
