BEAUMONT, Texas - A Texas appeals judge on June 16 granted a writ of mandamus to set aside an order compelling a relator to disclose his litigation-related income. In re Francis W. Weir, Lincoln Electric Company, Hobart Brothers Company, and the BOC Group, Inc., No. 09-05-116 CV (Texas Ct. App., 9th D.).
