Texas Appeals Judge Says Command of Expert's Testimony Income Isn't Beneficial

BEAUMONT, Texas - A Texas appeals judge on June 16 granted a writ of mandamus to set aside an order compelling a relator to disclose his litigation-related income. In re Francis W.
