CLEVELAND - Borrowing excerpts from the recent federal MDL opinion regarding expert testimony and diagnoses, defendants in the Ohio state silica litigation have asked the judge overseeing the docket there to order plaintiffs to provide additional medical evidence supporting their silicosis claims. In Re: Special Docket Cuyahoga County Silica Cases, Docket No. 73958 (Ohio Comm. Pls., Cuyahoga Cty.).
