Trio of Welding Fume Lawsuits Filed in Louisiana

NEW ORLEANS -- Three separate lawsuits were filed June 30 in federal court in Louisiana, all alleging neurological injury as a result of exposure to welding fumes. Jenkins, et al. v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 05-02693 (E.D. La.).

The three lawsuits filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana are Jenkins, et al. v. Lincoln Electric (No. 05-02693), McPherson, et al. v. Lincoln Electric, et al., (No. 05-02696) and Mahan, et al. v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., (No. 05-02694).
