OAKLAND, Calif. -- According to a case management order issued recently in the coordinated California welding fume litigation, a hearing is set for July 6 to address challenges to the plaintiffs' proposed master complaint. In re: Welding Products Cases, JCCP No. 4368 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
In a June 24 CMO issued in the California Superior Court for Alameda County, Judge Ronald M. Sabraw stated that following the resolution of the challenges to the master complaint, the plaintiffs will file a notice of adoption that will apply to the cases pending in the coordinated proceedings.
