First Silica Trial in Mississippi Postponed Following Motion for Continuance

HAZLEHURST, Miss. - Parties in the first silica personal injury case scheduled for trial in Mississippi have agreed to postpone the March date following a motion for continuance filed on behalf of several defendants. Johnson, et al. v. American Optical Corp., et al., No. 2002-0030 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Copiah Cty.).
