JACKSON, Miss. - The Mississippi Supreme Court has ordered the recusal of a state court judge in a silica case after counsel representing defendants in the case accused him of being biased against certain members of the defense firm. In Re: Siebe North, Inc., n/k/a North Safety Products, Inc. and Textron, Inc., No. 2002-M-1102 (Miss. Sup. Ct.).
