PORT GIBSON, Miss. - A state court judge in Mississippi has granted a plaintiffs' motion to compel, ordering defendants in a silica personal injury case to produce information about products that allegedly caused the plaintiffs' silica-related injuries. Green v. Clark Sand Company, et al., No. 2002-131 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Claiborne Cty.).

Judge Lamar Pickard of the Claiborne County Circuit Court granted the motion Dec. 9, ordering several defendants named in the case to hand over a comprehensive list of products they manufactured, sold or distributed.
