MADISON, Wis. - A Wisconsin foundry worker who developed silicosis after years of exposure to a sand product has reinforced his appeal of a recent trial court decision to dismiss his claims against the company that supplied his employer with sand. Haase v. Badger Mining Corp., et al., No. 02-1681 (Wis. Ct. App., Dist. II).
