MADISON, Wis. - A state appeals court has upheld a decision to award summary judgment to a sand supplier accused of causing a foundry worker's silicosis, but said there remain issues of fact as to whether the respirator defendants named in the case should have been granted such relief. Alix v. Badger Mining Corp., et al., No. 02-0005 (Wis. Ct. App., District II).
